How to quickly refund a trial offer or event purchase made on your 97 Display Website.

To Issue A Refund Via Braintree

1. Log into your Braintree Account - Click Here
2. Click on Transactions in the navigation bar
3. Scroll to the Transaction Search section
4. Define your desired parameters and click the Search button
5. Click on the desired transaction ID link
6. Click the Refund button at the top of the page
7. Make any adjustments to the amount (if needed)
8. Click the Refund button

What If My Website Isn't Integrated With Braintree? 

Email support@97display.com with the following information:

1. Transaction date
2. Amount to refund
3. Name of the person that purchased the offer or event
