      How To Deactivate A Lead From The 97 Display CRM

      Learn how to quickly find and remove leads from the CRM.

      1. Log into the 97 Display CRM by clicking this link - https://97displaycrm.com/
      2. Click on the Lead Management tab on the menu bar or click here

      3. Click on"Lead List" at the top of the page. 
      4. Find the lead you want to deactivate and toggle off button. Screen Shot 2021-12-23 at 9.05.34 AM

      *Note - if you have a 3rd party integration set up the lead will not be removed from that software. This only removes it from any automation set up in 97 Display.
