Use 97 Display's Text Connect Messenger Tool to follow up with leads directly through the CRM
Text Connect is a free tool that sends an automatic text message to your prospects within just a few minutes of them submitting their information on your website.
NOTE** The LEAD can respond from their phone - YOU as the school owner, will need to respond through the CRM
Once someone receives the automatic text message, they have the option to reply from their phone. If they reply - you can see the message Under Lead Management --> Text connect.
You can respond by going to the message and clicking "Reply"
Fill out the "reply message" and hit reply.
Once you hit reply, your message will be sent to the prospect. If they respond again, you will see their newest message at the top. You can continue corresponding back and forth through the CRM via text connect.
