Before sending and receiving messages, you must connect the channels you plan to use. Each channel has a setup flow in Growth IQ:

  1. Go into Administration in the left-hand menu.
  2. Click Conversation Settings.
  3. Connect Instagram, Facebook, and other channels so messages funnel into the Conversations inbox.

5. Customize Your Notifications

Personalize notification settings in Growth IQ to ensure you're always alerted to new messages and new leads inside Conversations.

  1. Click the Notifications icon in the top-right corner of your Growth IQ dashboard.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Scroll down to the Conversations section.
  4. Choose the types of notifications you want to receive.

  5. Click Save to apply your preferences.
