3. Invite Your Team

Growth IQ makes it easy to collaborate by allowing multiple team members to access Conversations. Each user can view, respond to, and manage customer messages directly from their own login.

Here's how to invite a new team member:

1. From the main dashboard, click "Invite Team Member" in the top-right corner of the navigation bar.
2. Select Invite Member.
3. Enter your teammate's first name, last name, email address, and phone number.
4. Click Send Invitation.
5. Once your teammate accepts, they'll appear inside Conversations. You'll also see their profile picture next to messages they send — making it easy to track who's responding to each customer.

4. Connect Google My Business & Facebook

From your GrowthIQ dashboard, you can easily connect your Google My Business account as well as your Facebook!
