You'll receive this report automatically each week or month, allowing you to quickly see how your business is performing across all channels. It highlights key trends in visibility, engagement, and conversions so you can make informed decisions without digging through multiple dashboards.

2. What the Executive Report Includes

The report aggregates data from activated tools, including:

• Reviews: Metrics for new reviews, overall ratings, and customer sentiment.
• Listings: Status and visibility of business listings across platforms.
• Google My Business Profile Performance
• Social Media: Engagement metrics including likes, comments, shares, and impressions.
• Website Analytics: Traffic, sessions, page views, and user interactions.
• SEO Metrics: Keyword performance, ranking trends, and site visibility.
• Advertising Performance (if Adpulse is enabled): Clicks, impressions, spend, and conversions.
• Webchat Performance: Unique visitors, unique conversations, and captured leads.
