Website Implementation

97Display builds an expertly designed, lead-generating website (approximately 10-15 pages) that is SEO-optimized and responsive across all devices.

This includes:

    • Strategy Call: Collaborating with you to understand your vision and business goals.
    • Selection of Theme and Customization: Choosing a 97Display theme design and tailoring it to reflect your brand.
    • Essential Pages: Creating your homepage, program descriptions, “About Us”, “Contact Us”, and navigation menus.
    • SEO Optimization: Integrating keywords and best practices to improve your search engine visibility.
    • Additional Features: Setting up user logins, notifications, and analytics tools.
    • Self-Service Management: After the initial build, you’ll gain the ability to manage and update independently:
      • Content Updates: Updating schedules, FAQs, instructor profiles, promotional offers, and events.
      • Blog Management: Adding new blog posts (we will transfer up to 10 blogs from your previous website during the Build process).
      • User Access: Controlling staff logins.

  • Edit Requests: Receive 4 standard website edit requests per month. The client is allotted 1 phone call request per month. Customers are encouraged to use the website portal for self-service updates.

  • Consultations: Option to schedule a free monthly consultation call for in-depth discussions. Additional consultations are available through our Coaching services (an extra fee applies).

Website Portal

Configuration

  • Setup: Your website portal is established during the initial website build, providing a central hub for managing specific aspects of your website.
  • Storage: All website components (pages, SEO settings, design elements, scripts, security settings, images, videos, etc.) reside securely within our admin portal.

You have direct access to the following tabs within the portal to manage your website:

  • Website Manager: Update content and manage various website pages.
  • Settings: Configure website preferences and options.
  • Lead Management: Track and manage potential customers.
  • Reports: Analyze website performance and traffic data.

Marketing CRM Support

  • Workflows: A set of up to 1 marketing workflow with one text message and one email as a setup. Additional flows can be created for an extra fee.
  • Visual Design: Development of email graphics and a consistent color scheme for the brand. Additional fees may apply if you require additional designs.
  • Messaging: One set of Email and text copywriting tailored to your marketing goals.
  • Text Setup: Provisioning of a phone number for seamless text messaging capabilities.
  • Quality Assurance: Email verification for deliverability.
  • Integration: Connecting your Marketing CRM with your existing 97Display website.

  • Included Support: Clients with a Marketing CRM plan receive one phone call request/how-to email walkthrough per month.

Additional Workflow Creation Pricing:

There are setup fees for workflows; the amount of the fee depends on the size of the workflow.

The size of a workflow is based on the number of touch points (not the length of time).

Touch points include:

  • Emails: $10 per email
  • Texts: $5 per text
  • Branches: $5 per branch 

Our workflow fee structure is:

  • XS Workflow - Up to 10 touch points: $15
  • Small Workflow - Up to 20 touch points: $25
  • Medium Workflow - Up to 30 touch points: $35
  • Large Workflow - Up to 45 touch points: $50
  • XL Workflow - Up to 60 touch points: $65

Example of Pricing/Structure:

  • 25 Touch Points = $35 set-up fee (Medium Workflow)
  • 15 Emails = $150 (at $10 per email)
  • 10 Texts = $50 (at $5 per text)
  • Total cost = $235

  • Photo Editing and Creation: Cropping, resizing, color correction, brightness adjustments, photoshopping, and graphic creation.
  • Video Editing: Trimming, resizing, audio editing, combining clips, color correction, brightness adjustments, and adding graphics.
  • Flyer Design: Creation of promotional flyers from scratch or based on client inspiration. This includes layout, copywriting, image editing, and color selection.
  • Landing Page Design: Creation of custom landing pages within the portal or Marketing CRM, including design, copywriting, layout, image/video integration, form creation, and launch on a selected subdomain (where applicable).

Typical Time Frames

  • Photo and Video Editing: Up to 5 hours with a 4-6 business day turnaround.
  • Flyer Design: Up to 2 hours with a 3-5 business day turnaround.
  • Landing Page Design: Up to 5 hours per page with a 5-7 business day turnaround.
